Rica Girardi, A Long-Time Success Story
on Arizona’s White Mountain

Choosing a REALTOR® can be a daunting experience—along with one’s choice of doctor or lawyer—there is likely no other service that can go such a long way in shaping the quality of a person’s life. Aligning a homebuyer with the home is of paramount importance to the professional real estate agent. Making the choice to entrust Rica Girardi has been one her clients will wax rhapsodically about—her tireless devotion to client satisfaction speaks to her indefatigable nature and reinforces the customer service tenants she has long subscribed to.

Rica’s roots in Arizona’s bucolic White Mountain region go back to when her family moved here in the 70s; her late father was the head football coach and a school counselor at high schools in both Pinetop and Show Low, while her mother taught at Blue Ridge High School in Pinetop. Her grandfather even worked at the paper mill in McNary, back when the town was a bustling and burgeoning enterprise.

The family work ethic was instilled in the Girardi children in their formative years (Rica was nine years old when the family began managing El Rancho Mexican Restaurant, which they have now owned for the last 15 years). That unwavering drive to not only do a job but also that it be done well shows up in everything Rica takes on, whether it be the family-owned business or the multitude of community organizations to which she applies her energy and passion (Rica has occupied seats on panels for the Pinetop-Lakeside Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside Advertising and Promotion Committee, and the Sunrise Board of Directors). Rica has won numerous awards in the business community (including consecutive wins for Business Woman of the Year) but the accolades are second to knowing she has succeeded in striving to make not only herself better, but the lives of future generations of Pinetop-Lakeside residents.

When working with a real estate agent, it is paramount the buyer feels the agent is competent; additionally, there needs to be a sense of commitment and exist a trust the agent will always put the client’s desires before that of anything else. One need only speak to Rica once to experience the know-how and the energy she exudes. Rica is not only the consummate professional, she is the very embodiment of what a White Mountain homebuyer or home seller would want.
